3. Security Measures: We follow all security policies and procedures required from our financial institutions to ensure the privacy of your personal information as well as legal requirements and demands of customer service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties: We sill not sell or share your individually identity information to third parties unless we are compelled to do so by law, have expressed permission from the consumer or it is necessary to process transitions in provide our services

3. PRICING
Due to fluctuations in the market place, Gentle Touch Massage reserves the right to adjust or change prices at any time without prior notice. We will notify you via email or phone a price adjustment is necessary.

4. ORDER PROCESSING/PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Gentle Touch will use recycled box and packaging material when possible.
Any recycled packaging material will be marked on the invoice and boxed indicating it was recycled.
The stamp will read:
"Gentle Touch values our environment.
All or parts of the packaging/shipping material have been
recycled to reduce waste. Please recycle. Thanks for your
help in keeping America Clean and Green!."
Gentle Touch ships within 48 hours of payment excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are normally shipped USPS, insured.
We ship from Northern New Jersey.
All orders that have email addresses will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships.
If requested we also will ship 3 day express, 2 day express and overnight.
All shipping options are available upon request at checkout.
Gentle Touch reserves the right to change shipping carrier.
Once your order is handled over to the shipping carrier, Gentle Touch can not assume responsibility nor has any control over the transport of your order.
Gentle Touch is not responsible for any and all shipment delays caused by weather or shipping carrier.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
We do not ship COD or to P.O. Box.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Gentle Touch Massage will only ship to U.S.A and Canada Only.
We will only ship to Canada if the carrier can provide insurance and/or delivery confirmation for your orders to the destination provided.
Gentle Touch Massage will not be held liable or responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, confiscated good or products for all U.S.A or Canadian orders.

6. BACK ORDER ITEMS

Occasionally we may have to back order an item from your order. If this occurs, you will be notified via email or phone. Most back order items will ship within 1 week.
Gentle Touch will ship all back ordered items ground unless requested by the customer.

7. RETURNS/REFUSALS All returns must be pre-approved by our returns department by emailing us at info@gentletouchmassage.net or calling us at 973 853 0164 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.

Please check your package carefully as soon as you receive it.

If you receive defective products, and contact us at info@gentletouchmassage.net or call us at 973 853 0164. You must have your invoice available so we can access your account quickly.

Gentle Touch must receive all the defective goods back FIRST before we reissue a replacement.

Gentle Touch can only replace a defective piece of equipment.

Due to the nature of these health products essential oils, soaps, salts, therapy or consumer products, Gentle Touch is unable to accept opened or partially used products.

Gentle Touch will replace your defective piece of equipment; however, we are unable to reimburse you for the shipping and handling costs.

8. SECURITY

All purchases are handled through our Merchant Services Carrier who represents that it has multiple checks to protect against any misuse of personal information.
All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
Gentle Touch doesn't disclose or sell any personal information provided to us unless directed by in writing by a government agency or the court system.

9. CHECK POLICY

All checks must clear before a product(s) will be shipped which may cause a delay in shipping your order by 5-7 days.
In addition the return check policy includes $45 plus bank cost.

When paying by check, it is understood and agreed the check is payment for any transaction(s) that occur between Gentle Touch Massage & Holistic Alternatives, LLC, www.gentletouchmassage.net . It indicates you have entered into a contractual agreement and obligates and holds you responsible for any and all penalties, costs, incidental damages allowable under law but not limited to return check charges, interest, collection costs and any legal expenses, attorney fees and expenses incidental to principal obligation on any check that is returned as non-payable. You agree that returned checks and fees associated as stated above may be debited from your account electronically or by way of paper draft by Gentle Touch Massage & Holistic Alternatives, LLC, and www.gentletouchmassage.net.
